Because no payment is collected at the time you submit a booking request through our website, you may cancel your request at any time before speaking with our travel agent and confirming payment, at no cost.
Once payment has been confirmed with our agent and your ticket has been issued by the airline, cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the operating airline's fare rules. Many discounted fares are non-refundable; some may allow a credit toward a future flight, minus any applicable airline change fees.
Per U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, if your ticket was booked at least 7 days before departure, you may cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the reservation was made directly with the airline.
